Minors Need Credit Card Verification to Register On Nintendo Network

Nintendo wants Miiverse to be controlled and more safe for Minors therefore to do that parent or guardian must provide their credit card info as a way to show their consent.

Parents has to pay the 50c credit card payment to create his child profile on Nintendo Network as the Credit card information used for the transaction will not be stored on the system.
